These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of services provided by Royal Reef Media (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any service from Royal Reef Media, including through Stripe checkout or submitting your information through our Website, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services

Royal Reef Media provides digital marketing and related subscription-based services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Local visibility and Google Business Profile optimization
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• AI visibility optimization
• Website development and hosting
• Review management systems
• CRM and automation systems
• SMS communication systems
• Marketing strategy consulting
• Related digital services

Specific features and deliverables are outlined at the time of purchase or checkout.

Royal Reef Media reserves the right to determine implementation methods and strategies according to industry best practices.


2. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our Website, onboarding forms, checkout, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS messages from Royal Reef Media.

2.1 SMS Use Cases

SMS messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service related notifications
• Account updates
• Billing alerts
• Follow up communications
• Marketing and promotional messages

Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement and services purchased.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.


2.2 Opt Out Instructions

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


3. Age Restriction

Services and SMS communications are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using our services or opting into SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.


4. Subscription Billing & Authorization

Certain services are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

By completing payment, you authorize Royal Reef Media to:

• Charge your selected payment method immediately
• Automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Continue recurring billing until canceled

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless properly canceled.

All payments are billed in advance.


5. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Royal Reef Media are final and non refundable.

This includes subscription fees, setup work, and related services.

Services begin immediately upon onboarding or implementation.

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.


6. Service Fulfillment

Services are considered initiated once any of the following occur:

• Onboarding begins
• Account access is granted
• Platform setup begins
• Website or optimization work starts
• Automation systems are configured

Client acknowledges that services may begin immediately following payment.


7. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are month to month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Either party may cancel with ten (10) days written notice.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle Client to refunds for previously paid fees.

Fees for the current billing period remain due.


8. No Guarantee of Results

Client understands that online rankings, traffic, inquiries, admissions, and revenue depend on factors outside Royal Reef Media’s control.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, or business outcomes.

We apply commercially reasonable efforts and industry best practices.


9. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Grant necessary platform access
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws
• Respond to information requests in a timely manner

Royal Reef Media is not responsible for inaccuracies in client provided content.


10. Intellectual Property

Client retains ownership of their business accounts and content upon full payment.

Royal Reef Media retains ownership of proprietary systems, processes, templates, strategies, and methodologies.

Access to services does not transfer ownership of Royal Reef Media’s internal systems.


11. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Client agrees to contact Royal Reef Media before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection efforts for unpaid balances and associated fees.

Royal Reef Media may provide evidence of service initiation in response to disputes.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Reef Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client in the sixty (60) days preceding any claim.


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.


14. Privacy Policy

Use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at:

15. Modifications

Royal Reef Media may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
