By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, submitting payment, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or subscribing to any Royal Reef Media service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Acceptance occurs at the time of checkout, subscription activation, or payment submission and constitutes a legally binding agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Royal Reef Media provides productized, standardized digital marketing services. Services are limited strictly to the features and scope outlined in the specific package selected at the time of purchase.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Local business listing and citation management
Google Business Profile monitoring or management
Local visibility support
Review and reputation-related services
All services are delivered on a non-custom basis unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Any work outside the defined package scope is not included and may require a separate agreement.
3. No Guarantees or Promises of Results
Royal Reef Media does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
Google rankings
Visibility position
Traffic volume
Calls, leads, bookings, or revenue
Local visibility and marketing performance depend on many external factors beyond our control, including third-party platforms such as Google and online directories.
Results may vary, and no specific outcome is promised or implied.
4. Billing, Payments & Subscriptions
Services are billed on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
By submitting payment, you authorize Royal Reef Media to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
Billing begins upon service activation or setup.
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Unless otherwise stated, services are provided on a month-to-month basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has begun will apply to the following billing period.
Royal Reef Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, misuse of services, or inability to access required platforms.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information
Maintain ownership or authorized access to your Google Business Profile and related platforms
Grant necessary permissions required to deliver services
Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
Royal Reef Media is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information, lack of access, or actions taken by the client or third parties.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Royal Reef Media works with third-party platforms such as Google, online directories, review platforms, and software providers.
We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account suspensions, removals, algorithm updates, or visibility changes caused by third-party platforms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or specific performance outcomes.
Your use of our services is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Reef Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Royal Reef Media’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Confidentiality
Royal Reef Media will treat client credentials, access information, and non-public business data as confidential and will use reasonable measures to protect such information.
11. Modifications to Services or Pricing
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services or pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions without notice.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Orange County, California.
